What is warehouse management software (a WMS)?

A WMS (Warehouse Management System) is the software that runs everything inside the warehouse: where each item is stored, which bin to visit to pick an order, how much stock you have in real time and what ships today with each carrier. Ubika adds a 3D digital twin to simulate and size the operation before you move it.

Do I need to buy scanners or special hardware?

No. Ubika's scanner is a web app: it opens on any Android phone (or the ones you already have) by scanning a QR code, with nothing to install and no expensive terminals. That's the difference from classic WMS suites that lock you into proprietary hardware.

Does it work for a small warehouse?

Yes. The Start plan is built for a single warehouse with the scanner on the phones you already have. You begin by controlling stock bin by bin and switch on the rest when your volume calls for it.

Does it integrate with my online store and carriers?

Yes: Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and marketplaces (via Mirakl) so orders come in on their own, and UPS, SEUR, DHL, GLS and Correos Express for labels. For everything else, an open API and webhooks.

Can I try it before deciding?
