What does a third-party logistics operator (3PL) need from its software?

Do you charge per client I connect?

No. Warehouse clients and their portal are unlimited on every plan. You pay for the shipments you move, not for how many clients you serve. Bring as many as you want.

How does Ubika bill my 3PL clients?

With per-client rates: storage, lines picked, shipments, receipts and value-added services. The system calculates and issues an invoice with fiscal numbering, and the storage breakdown can be per warehouse.

Can my clients announce inbound goods or request extra work?

Yes. From their portal, the client announces the goods they're going to send (ASN), checks their stock and shipments, and requests value-added services (relabeling, cleaning, kitting…) that enter the scanner work queue and get billed.

Can I start with one client and grow?

Yes. You start with one client or one zone in the 30-day trial, running alongside your current system, and add clients and modules as volume grows. No lock-in.
