1. Purpose and legal notice

This website (ubikawms.com) and the Ubika platform are operated by KOALA BYTES SL. Accessing and using the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The owner reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and contents of the site, as well as the conditions required to use it.

2. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the site (texts, images, the “Ubika” trademark, logos, code and design) are owned by KOALA BYTES SL or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

3. Protection of personal data

Purpose: to manage the commercial and professional relationship, to provide and maintain the contracted service, to answer enquiries and requests received through the site or by email, and to send communications related to the service.

Legal basis: the performance of the contract or of pre-contractual measures, the consent of the data subject where it is expressly requested, compliance with legal obligations, and the controller’s legitimate interest in managing and improving the relationship with customers and users.

Retention: data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after it ends, for the periods legally required (tax, accounting and potential liabilities).

Recipients: data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. It may be accessed, as data processors, by the providers needed to deliver the service (hosting and email infrastructure), subject to the corresponding processing agreements.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected], stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Ubika platform does not use session cookies (the session is stored in the browser’s local storage). On this public website we use, only if you accept it in the consent banner, two analytics tools: PostHog (product analytics with data hosted in the EU; session recordings mask any text and data entry) and Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement and campaign attribution, with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode v2 denied by default). If you do not accept, no analytics data is captured. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site’s local storage. No advertising profiling cookies are used and no browsing data is transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics are not enabled on the warehouse operating screens (PDA) and do not use the data of the service contracted by our customers.

5. Confidentiality of communications

Email messages sent from our addresses and their attachments are intended solely for their addressee and may contain confidential information. If you are not the addressee, you are hereby notified that using, disclosing or copying them without authorisation is prohibited; please notify the sender and delete the message.
