Frequently asked questions about the WMS for e-commerce

What is a WMS for e-commerce?

It's the software that manages an online store's warehouse: it receives your store's orders automatically, guides fulfillment (picking and packing), generates the carrier label and notifies the buyer that their order is on the way. Ubika does all that and also simulates your operation in 3D.

Which stores and marketplaces does it integrate with?

Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and marketplaces like Amazon, Zalando or Carrefour via Mirakl. Orders come in on their own and stock syncs both ways.

What about shipping labels?

Ubika generates CTT Express, MRW, Correos Express, SEUR, GLS, UPS and DHL labels, groups by carrier according to the day's cut-offs and signs the load manifest. The buyer gets an email with their tracking.

Does it handle returns?

Yes, with reverse logistics: the end customer files their return from a public page, and in the warehouse the goods are graded (A/B) and restocked or sent to refurbishment. All traced.
